The incumbent shall responsible for all EA communication with Attorney General and courts
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To communicate with Attorney General Office and answer their questions:
â€¢ Receive inquiries from Attorney General and court and answers that in proper legal way.
â€¢ Represent Etisalat in Attorney General Office and courts.
â€¢ Provide advice on various legal issues according to the applicable laws of the country.
â€¢ Review agreements and contracts prior to its signing with vendors.
2. To achieve established objectives , by:
â€¢ Working in accordance with ET Quality standards, procedures and work instructions.
â€¢ Observing established performance indicators for call handling,
â€¢ Adhering to the schedule.
â€¢ Working in close liaison with colleagues to ensure that the highest standard of cooperation and liaison with the entities are met.
â€¢ Reporting to his line manager on regular basis.
â€¢ Giving positive ideas and suggesting optimizing team and working process.
â€¢ Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, reporting any non- operational equipment.

â€¢ Having good experience in legal field
