The Literacy/Numeracy Trainer’s responsibilities include:
• Implement and manage the literacy/numeracy training program in the project area.
• Conduct the literacy/numeracy training session for participants.
• Develop and design the literacy/numeracy training curriculum/modules for effective implementation the training program.
• Design a training plan to conduct the literacy/numeracy training session.
• Initiate and motivate the potential young generation to bring them in the training program implementation.
• Arrange and prepare the training materials and select the venue to conduct the session.
• Make a training plan for youth capacity development in solving the problems on different social conflicts and provide formal training, workshop, and experience sharing, counselling, and mentoring and so on.
• Prepare reports for presentation to the Project Manager and government officials.
• Assist and encourage the youth to build up a free, fair democratic society where a co-existence of different level of people irrespective of religion, casts, gender would be ensured.
• Design necessary forms and formats to collect program’s information in consultation with Project Manager.

Preference will be given to those who will have most of the following qualifications;
• Bachelor degree or minimum 12 class graduation from recognised government institution in any discipline or any other relevant degree.
• At least 2/3 years working experience as trainer in literacy/numeracy or in relevant field.
• Good knowledge of communication skills and experience using at least MS Word.
