The Local Cook must perform all duties related to the preparation of meals for Local staff and Expatriate staff. Maintaining a high level of hygiene in the kitchen and in food preparation is of utmost importance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Daily preparing food for the local nationals.
â€¢ Daily preparing of Afghani Food.
â€¢ Daily preparing grocery/supplies list for the kitchen
â€¢ Daily buying supplies for the kitchen
â€¢ Supervising and training the subordinates
Cleaning to be conducted
â€¢ Cleaning the kitchen at least three times a day
â€¢ Empting the garbage bins at least three times a day
â€¢ Cleaning and disinfecting the working tables at least three times a day
â€¢ Cleaning the kitchen equipment, dishes and cutlery after each use
â€¢ Cleaning the stove and oven from inside and outside after each use
â€¢ Cleaning the microwave and grill from inside and outside
â€¢ Cleaning and disinfecting the drawers, cupboards and shelves
â€¢ Graduate from 12th Grade
â€¢ Able to Speak in local Languages ,English is optional
â€¢ 2-4 years of related work experience
â€¢ Must have initiative and work largely unsupervised
â€¢ Cook vegetarian and meat-based meals
â€¢ Understands and the importance of hygiene in food preparation
