Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢Recruitment and selection of Local National employees
â€¢To assist in the development and maintenance of effective administrative procedures and complex systems appropriate to the needs of the service.
â€¢To be responsible for all administration procedures relating to HR Admin Local's
â€¢To supervise Clerical Assistants and other appropriate members of staff at the discretion of the Manager.
â€¢To initiate and prepare complex documents using computer packages, and create standard letter responses and short letter responses as directed.
â€¢To adopt the Standards as outlined within the Companies policies and procedures.
â€¢Administrate and oversee all Local's contractual agreements.
â€¢To produce, analyze and maintain management information records using computerized packages.
â€¢Ensure quality audits of all Local's records
â€¢Liaise with line managers and provide HR assistance as required.
â€¢Any other duties as may be considered appropriate for this post.
BBA/HR experience (3-5 years) as well as fluent in English (read,write,speak)
