Job Summary:


Duties & Responsibilities:

•Recruitment and selection of Local National employees
•To assist in the development and maintenance of effective administrative procedures and complex systems appropriate to the needs of the service.
•To be responsible for all administration procedures relating to HR Admin Local's
•To supervise Clerical Assistants and other appropriate members of staff at the discretion of the Manager.
•To initiate and prepare complex documents using computer packages, and create standard letter responses and short letter responses as directed.
•To adopt the Standards as outlined within the Companies policies and procedures.
•Administrate and oversee all Local's contractual agreements.
•To produce, analyze and maintain management information records using computerized packages.
•Ensure quality audits of all Local's records
•Liaise with line managers and provide HR assistance as required.
•Any other duties as may be considered appropriate for this post.

Job Requirement:

BBA/HR experience (3-5 years) as well as fluent in English (read,write,speak)
