Job Summary:

• Supervision all project drivers. Maintaining schedules and drivers needs,
• Coordinating and monitoring transportation of office staff for all project activities,
• Maintenance of vehicles, making sure that vehicles have safety equipment and emergency provision,

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Organizing and processing road missions via RMO office,
• Forms for the vehicles, genera heaters and controlling of the logbooks,
• Hotel/flights booking for the nationals and internationals,
• Logistic arrangement for the meetings,
• Paying of dues on time (e.g. city electricity bill)
• Sending /receiving documents /supplies to/from other offices,
• Photocopying of the office documents upon request,
• Keeping informed the superior of any obstacle on time,

2-securety, safety and communication
• ensuring that office compound maintains adherence to adequate standard of security, safety and functionality, including fire extinguishers, safe room, walls, doors and fencing ,blast film,
• Electricity system, and IT system
• Provision of visitor’s book for the guards and keeping of the old one, helping the guards how to guide the visitors to the respective personnel,
• Security clearance from RMO and provision of transportation facilities for the road mission,
• Coordinating with RMO during all travel,
• Ensuring that the office and vehicles have properly functioning security equipment, such as radios, telephones, and SAT phones,
• When necessary, preceding radio/phone check with field staff during field visits,

3- Procurement
• Receive and process project and office purchase requests in accordance with GTZ procurement guidelines,
• Purchasing for routine office supply (I, e water, electricity, fuel, stationary, toilet…..)
• Make purchases for project and office needs in accordance with GTZ procurement guidelines,
• Ensure that office has sufficient supplies and resources at all times,
• Keeping record of in/out of the stationary and other supplies,

When needed, travel to Kabul and throughout to north if needed, to undertake the same activities in other ROL offices.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications required:

• At least Graduated High school
• Good communication in English, Dari and Pushto
• 3years working experience in relevant post
