Job Summary

•Analyze the demand for supplies and forecast future needs.
•Review all purchase requests in terms of accuracy and AADA procurement procedures
•Review purchase requests for completeness and approvals.
•Prepare requests for quotations to be sent to suppliers
•Under supervision of operation manager analyze quotations and prepare bid analysis
•Prepare bid summary when quotations are completed
•Maintain product and supplier information

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and submit a proper monthly list of procured materials/equipment for admin inventory purposes
•Follow up with suppliers in coordination with purchaser to ensure prompt delivery
•Clear imported goods from government customs
•Oversee fields’ procurements, and give necessary feedback.
•In coordination with store keeper keep the inventory list of the equipments at the stock and in the offices.
•Maintain proper filing system within logistics unit.
•In coordination with store keeper maintain and well designed and standard stock.
•Participate in the weekly management meeting as required.
•Carry out any other task assigned by his/her supervisor.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree .

At least 7 years of progressively responsible, Logistic / Procurement management experience in multi-million dollar Projects is required, including at least three years of supervisory experience. Experience working on projects of multi-lateral international organizations, including Asian Development Bank or World Bank. Proven experience in planning, managing and delivering reports on time.
