â€¢Analyze the demand for supplies and forecast future needs.
â€¢Review all purchase requests in terms of accuracy and AADA procurement procedures
â€¢Review purchase requests for completeness and approvals.
â€¢Prepare requests for quotations to be sent to suppliers
â€¢Under supervision of operation manager analyze quotations and prepare bid analysis
â€¢Prepare bid summary when quotations are completed
â€¢Maintain product and supplier information
Requires travel to provinces:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit a proper monthly list of procured materials/equipment for admin inventory purposes
â€¢Follow up with suppliers in coordination with purchaser to ensure prompt delivery
â€¢Clear imported goods from government customs
â€¢Oversee fieldsâ€™ procurements, and give necessary feedback.
â€¢In coordination with store keeper keep the inventory list of the equipments at the stock and in the offices.
â€¢Maintain proper filing system within logistics unit.
â€¢In coordination with store keeper maintain and well designed and standard stock.
â€¢Participate in the weekly management meeting as required.
â€¢Carry out any other task assigned by his/her supervisor.
Bachelors Degree .
At least 7 years of progressively responsible, Logistic / Procurement management experience in multi-million dollar Projects is required, including at least three years of supervisory experience. Experience working on projects of multi-lateral international organizations, including Asian Development Bank or World Bank. Proven experience in planning, managing and delivering reports on time.
