Job Summary:

Supervision of daily night and day shift cleaning teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• supervision janitorial operations in a building and coordinate cleaning staff

• checking if facilities are cleaned correctly, assigning tasks, investigating client complaints, ordering supplies, creating schedules, and training employees

• Distributing of daily tasks to Janitor’s supervisor and taking reports back from daily activities

• Organizing and good keeping of allocated area’s and report to the line manager if required

• Facilitate meals, refreshments and provide maintenance services for different shows and events

• Requesting of cleaning materials per month, plumbing and other spare parts when needed in order to keep the area’s fixed and cleaned 

• Actively promote Health and Safety and report any breach directly to the Manager

• Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE

• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff

• Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment, and materials

• Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc

• Check all equipment that requires replacement items as needed

• Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by outsourced contractors

• Prepare, Coordinate, and manage the food and beverage for Kitchen 

• Check the offices, guest houses and bathrooms on daily basis, manage the required items 

• Manage and prepare the required staffs for the chief before and during staff lunchtime

• Follow up works of Facilities and Maintenance of all buildings, Guest houses, Studios and Kitchens 

• Perform other related tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s in business administration 

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

• Ability to control and lead a team

• Fluency in spoken and written English, Dari and Pashto

• Excellent interpersonal communications skills

• Acquaintance with computer specially with Word and Excel program

• Having a good leadership skills

• Have good time management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Good customer service skills

• Good attitude and having focused on his/her responsibilities

• Be flexible with working on day or night shift

• Being active and responsible regarding all his/her given duties

• He must have honesty and transparency with his/her responsibilities and tasks
