Trainer has to deliver training in key areas subject to requirement of bank and its staff.
1.Develop training methodologies
2.Provide technical support to pre- implementation of activities, including stakeholders, consultation, implementing training program, design and preparation
3.Assisting Organization Development Coordinator in conducting training and TNA
4.Prepare yearly training calendar for Management and Finance courses.
5.Plan and organize finance and management related courses
6.Develop assessment tools
7.Reporting after training completion to ODC
8.Provide on the job consultancy services
9.Facilitate workplace learning
10.Updating professional knowledge and skills
11.Conducting the trainings both in management and finance related
12.Seek and utilize supplementary resources
13.Evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) for training
14.Allocate and utilize budget for training
15.Manage training at the corporate level
16.Rollout and ensure consistent delivery and impact of the Talent Management processes
17.Developing Internal Trainers and managing a team of trainers
18.Developing a method for evaluating programs / Feedback
19.Involvement in conceptualizing and designing other specified development interventions
20.Assist ODC in designing Training manuals
21.Keeping record of training programs
Candidate must be Bachelors of Business Administration, Economics, and Commerce or of any related fields.
He/she must have 2-3 years experience in training finance and management.
Should have knowledge of Training of Trainees (TOT)
Should have understanding about Training Cycle
Should have understanding of various methodologies for imparting training
Should have good communication skills and should have capacity of delivering effective training
Should have good judgment and decision making skills
Should have ability to work well both independently and in a team.
Should be able to speak fluently in English, Dari and Pashto
