Job Summary:
• Conduct management trainings and related awareness trainings;
• Assist the line supervisor in preparation of Action plan for center/program;
• Contributes in planning, implementation, and evaluation of trainings;
• May develop and facilitate community groups under the direction of the Supervisor;
• To search community difficulties and analyze them with the support of manager and through assistant resource center officer.
• Maintain accurate and timely written documentation in community files;
• Having follow-ups for all activities;
• Assist visitors to access information and locate resources i.e. through internet, library; Seek out additional information and resources (useful new resources) as necessary, and by keeping AWRC main office informed;
• Participate in researches as required;
• Collaborate with other campus organizations/faculty/staff on events and programs;

Job Requirement:
• Bachelors Degree in Management or related field,
• Must have 3 years of successful working experience as management trainer
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.(Both Dari and English language)
• Computer skill (Office packages) preferable.
• Knowledge of and cultural sensitivity to the needs of Native,
• Strong and demonstrated leadership skills,
