Job Summary:

Prepare training and develop materials for the long and short term training sessions (if needed).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare training and develop materials for the long and short term training sessions (if needed).
• Work collaboratively and co-operatively across the whole department.
• Take part in monitoring process to ensure that the training objectives are met.
• Build and maintain effective relationships through effective communication within the department and ministries.
• Facilitate regular classes and provide solutions to the challenges before hand
• Manage all the training related activities for building capacity of the civil servant by providing them the basic office skills and work procedures.
• perform any other related duties will be assigned by the line supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Having BA degree or specialized training in related filed.
• Experience in the field of training and working in an educational environment at senior level.
• Experience of working with civil servants at all levels would be preferred
• Experience of leading a successful implementation and adoption of related Training packages.
• Good command of English language ( oral and written)
• Familiar with the Microsoft office package
• Familiar with the government rules, regulations and work procedure
