ABCO needs to employ a Manager to supervise day to day operations of a Fuel Tank Station in Faizabad Badakhshan.

Job Summary

Fuel/Gas Station managers oversee the daily operations of gas station and act as supervisor for the station’s employees who work under his supervision. Station manager inspects and manage fuel/inventory shipments, tracks daily sales, collects cashes from sales persons, deposits daily cashes to the bank, and report to station’s owner and upper management levels on a daily bases.

In addition to administering the operations of fuel/gas station, station manager must ensure that safety and security protocols are met by customers and employees, and that fuel prices are set correctly each day according to market conditions, to beat competitors and to meet management requirements.

Manager is in general responsible for the entire operation running smoothly and ensuring the needs of customers and employees are met.

مدیر اداری فعالیتهای روزانه تانک تیل را نظارت کرده و کارکنان را که تحت نظر وی فعالیت می کنند نظارت می کند. مدیراداری تیل و گاز موجود در ذخیره ها را بطور روزانه موجودی و بررسی نموده و از راپور مصارف آن به شکل روزانه شرکت را در جریان قرار میدههد. تعقیب و ثبت فروشات روزانه، حسابی و دریافت پول فروشات از کارمندان فروشات پایه و انتقال آن به حساب بانکی شرکت بشکل روزانه. تهیه راپور های فعالیت فروشات، موجودی ذخیره ها، نرخ فروشات و سایر راپورهای مربوط به فعالیت روزانه تانک و گذارش دهی آن به شکل روزانه به مدیریت عمومی شرکت.

تعقیب نرخ فروشات دیگر تانک ها در بازار، تعین نرخ های تیل در پایه، و کنترول نرخ و مقدار فروشات روزانه.

مدیراداری برعلاوه بر اجرای فعالیت های روزمره ، باید از رعایت مقررات ایمنی و امنیتی توسط مشتریان و کارمندان اطمینان حاصل کند.

مدیر اداری بصورت کل، مسئولیت کنترول و اداره روزمره تانک تیل را بعهده داشته تا فعالیت های تانک تیل بصورت درست و بدون نواقص به پیش برود.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan and manage operations کنترل، پلان و اداره کلی فعالیت های تانک تیل
• Manage employees, oversee employee performance, mentor employees to improve performance over time. بررسی کارکرد کارکنان تانک و تعقیب کیفیت کار کارمندان
• Maintain positive relationships with local vendors and customers.تامین روابط خوب با مشترینان و معامله دار های تانک
• Create employee schedules, ensure all shifts are covered and adjust these schedules to accommodate employees when possible. تعین اوقات کاری کارکنان، ثبت حاضری کارکنان و تنظیم سایر امورات کاری کارکنان شرکت
• Work at the market to find and target new customers. بازاریابی جهت جذب مشتری های جدید برای تانک
• Fuel Inventory management and stocks. مدیریت و تعقیب مقدار تیل و گاز در ذخیره ها
• Creating and executing marketing strategies ترتیب و تطبیق پلان های تبلیغاتی و مارکتینگ جهت افزایش فروشات
• Plan the budget and authorize expenses according to budget. ثبت و کنترول مصارف روزانه تانک تیل
• Manage customer complaints and oversee the resolution of these complaints. دریافت و ثبت شکایات مشتریان، پیشنهاد راه حل برای مشکلات مشتریان و گذارش دهی آن به شرکت
• Ensure government departments requirements for lawful operation of the fuel/gas station are met by all employees and customers. در ارتباط بودن با ریاست مواد نفتی ولایت و اطلاع یافتن از قوانین و مقررات دولتی، و تطبیق آن در تانک.
• Oversee the reporting of employee hours, manage payroll and salaries. تعقیب حاضری کارمندان و اجرای معاشات شان
• Ensure that employee conduct standards are met at all times and implement the company’s disciplinary policy with written warnings and terminations. تطبیق قوانین و مقرارت کاری شرکت بالای کارمندان
• Ensure that safety protocols required for gas stations are followed at all times. تطبیق مقررات ایمنی بالای کارمندان
• Ensure that security protocols, such as maintaining small amounts of cash on premises, are followed at all times.

Job Requirements

• At least graduated from High School حد اقل فارغ التحصیل صنف ۱۲
• University degree in the fields of Business and management is preferable. کاندید های که فارغ پوهنتون از رشته های اداره، بزنس و یا سایر رشته های مشابه مربوط به اداره باشند ترجیح داده میشوند.
• Have knowledge of working with computer (Windows & Microsoft Office) and Internet. داشتن دستیابی به کمپیوتر. وندوز و برنامه های آفس. همراه با استفاده از انترنت
• Have written and reading ability in English Language. بلدیت با زبان انگلیسی
