Job Summary:

1. Planning the use of materials and human resources.
2. Built a processes and Procedures for Quality of Service and KPI.
4. Manage and store network performance data.
5. Managing implementation projects Related to KPI.
6. Team building and knowledge transfer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for business/technology analysis and data mining operations from both Network
Discerning business trends and forecasts along business/technology dimensions
Suggesting improvements in Core/BSS areas to improve revenue (international, signaling, capacity, network performance etc)
Create a Corporate/Business department catering to this particular line of business; this position being the first step to its creation
Responsible for teams generating all Network KPIs reports
KPIs reports intra/inter department communication processes
Main interface with Regulator for Network performances reports for license obligation

Job Requirement:

Strong Telecom Background
Experienced with KPI’s Management.
ability of achieving Your targets by co-operating and influencing people from different disciplines and from different company cultures
Experienced as Team Organizer
Fluent technical and conversational English
Able to work in hard conditions and pressure.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
