Job Summary:
To manage the M-PAISA product life cycle and promotional campaigns to ensure revenues are generated as per the Business Case. All M-PAISA related queries will be ultimately escalated to the M-PAISA Executive Director who “owns†the product and is responsible for the M-PAISA service overall.
Duties & Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executing the M-Paisa marketing strategy, roadmap and managing the life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
2. Work with Sales to effectively promote and execute M-Paisa services to high level corporate customers, government and NGO’s. Goal is to obtain exclusive contracts for:
a. Employee engagement
b. Salary Disbursements
c. Bill Payments
d. Merchant payments
e. Pay Loan
3. Work in conjunction with Marketing Communications, to develop the core positioning and messaging for campaigns and to develop various marketing materials
4. Create and execute work plans to meet demands and requirements
5. Ensuring go to market plan is being executed and on target
6. Ability to conduct in-depth campaign analysis and reporting for measuring the success of marketing campaigns.
7. Meet regularly with stakeholders, holding accountability and ensuring deliverables are met
8. Define marketing requirements for current and future M-Paisa functions, by conducting market research and visiting agents/customer, non-agents/non-customers on a regular basis
9. Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as deemed by Head of Sales and Marketing
