Job Summary:

 To co-ordinate, manage and support the daily marketing functions and initiatives within the company, identifying new customer and business opportunities within Afghanistan market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress.

Full fill the role for the company brand

Liaising with the management team to successfully implement marketing initiatives Organization and coordination of all promotional activities

Management and accuracy of CRM tool and ongoing development of this as the core tool for ongoing sales/rent and business expansion Researching new market opportunities

Maintain “leading edge” awareness on market developments, promotions, materials and technology etc.

Organizing and attending trade shows and exhibitions and developing new events and activities.

Managing and updating of company web site Other projects and duties which the company deems suitable for the position

To perform competitor analysis initiatives on timely bases.

Develop and execute the monthly and strategic plan.

General Support the Sales & Media Manager with new service launches channel strategy and plan. Work with sales team to help with events & activities to ensure that the brand is represented in a consistent and on-brand way. 

 Support the organization of marketing events– including e-commerce specific events.

 Increase sales/renting  through the identification and cultivation of new customers

Develop a detailed data base of potential new customer/clients for the business 

Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress Organization and coordination of all promotional activities  Preparing and maintaining all promotional materials and manage ads spaces, wallboards and LED   

Preparation of sales/rent presentations for customer meetings

Implementing ongoing marketing campaigns through a number of communication channels including Gulbahar center, face book, twitter , Youtube etc. 

To develop on time policies for discounts and pricing

Analysis and feedback of sales/renting & Marketing performance

Researching new market opportunities

Researching new areas of service

Carry out analysis of the overall competitive landscape, identifying key markets and trends 

To plan, manage and develop specific guidelines for Gulbahar Center and other developed projects space for attracting customer ads.

Identify new income sources to attract customers and tenants.

To develop effective plans, procedures, and system for rental and leasing

Achieve full rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting rental agreement documentation, negotiating rental and sales agreements and enforcing terms and conditions.

 Promote property through marketing initiatives

Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level;

Maintain accurate information on company website and other media

Design promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives

Draft Press Releases, represent the company to media outlets

Seek to maximize rental income, set goals and track vs. internal and external benchmarks;

Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts;

Accomplish financial objectives by paying bills, preparing an annual budget with assistance, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action;

Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties according to regular schedule, daily, weekly, monthly;

Provide rental rate recommendations by surveying local rental rates; forecast expenses, and profit goals;

Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, coordinating repairs, assist in planning renovations

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Accomplish organization goals by eagerly accepting ownership over new and different tasks; Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;

To do any other activities as per job requirements. 

Job Requirement:

Master degree in Business Administration marketing qualification will be highly preferred.

 Excellent Microsoft Office skills

 At least 3 years administrative experience in a marketing support role

Proven experience in building effective relationships (with internal and external customers)
