Job Summary:
Develop, plan and implement a marketing strategy, including advertising, membership recruitment and retention, to agreed budgets and target.
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional stuff and activities
Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process.
Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to budget and strategy.
Maintain relevant reporting and planning systems, and monitor the effectiveness of our campaigns
Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation and protect and develop the company’s brands.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Plan and implement the marketing strategy for the company as a whole, as well as acting as an internal consultant for individual departments, which will include advertising
Identify any marketing opportunities for all departments within FitPro and oversee the co-ordination of the development of new and existing products
Conduct market research and data analysis to determine market requirements for existing and future products
Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Operations
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, business or marketing-related major
Excellent communication and persuasion skills- able to convincingly sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, prospects, sales team and analysts.
3 to 5 years practical experiences on the related field.
Quick learning capability in industry instrument and application
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, business or marketing-related major
Excellent communication and persuasion skills- able to convincingly sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, prospects, sales team and analysts.
3 to 5 years practical experiences on the related field.
Quick learning capability in industry instrument and application.
