Job Summary:

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet Airline objectives.
Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
•Conduct market research to determine market requirement for existing and future flights
•Analysis of customer research, current market condition and competitor information
•Develop and implement marketing plans, budget and projects for new and existing flights
•Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
•Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
•Determine and manage the marketing budget
•Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
•Develop pricing strategy
•Liaison with media and advertising companies
•Supervise all marketing staff
•Conduct meetings with sales agencies and do sales promotion orientation
•In coordination with sales manager negotiate and renew all client contracts

Job Requirement:

•business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
•experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
•technical marketing skills
•proven experience in customer and market research
•relevant airline knowledge will be an asset
