We are looking for a Marketing Officer, who is passionate about dealing with travel agents. The job holder will manage travel requirements and you will provide tourism related services on behalf of Sky travelers. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
Plan to target travel agents, and companies to start using our online portal.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, travel dates, costs and accommodations
Train new and old agent on Skytravellers online portal.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints of agents
Attend Skytravellers trainings in Kabul.
Enter data into our software and maintain client files
Meet profit and sales targets
Minimum two years of work experience in the travel field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Knowledge of computer programs such as outlook and online portals.
Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Fluency in English will be considered an advantage
