Duties & Responsibilities

Duties of the Marketing Manager /sales include:

Working closely with the sales team to analyze ROI of marketing campaigns

Working with Marketing agency to review and analyze best channels

Setting up daily dashboard of traffic reach and key insights on content developed/published

Proficiency in crafting creative, inspiring, solution-driven stories that communicate complex concepts simply

Able to guide/influence others in making appropriate decisions that can impact the team.

Commitment to quality, accuracy and consistency including adherence to brand standards.

Exceptional project management skills with an ability to work with multiple groups and on tight deadlines.

Highly collaborative and open to feedback, adapting and fine-tuning content to the evolving needs of the organization.

Self-starter, not afraid to be scrappy and roll up your sleeves.

Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.

Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Negotiations with owners.

Direct sales products to potential clients and company.

High performance in digital marketing.

Using Knowledge of the Market and Competitors, Identify and Develop the Company’S Unique Selling Propositions.

Job Requirements

Requirements of the role:

·        Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field.

·        Qualified chartered marketer.

·        Strong analytical and project management skills.

·        Confident and dynamic personality.

·        Strong creative outlook.

·        familiar with soft products selling.
