About Ministry of Public Health

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) is tasked with a critical mandate; to deliver and promote sustainable and accessible health care services to the people of Afghanistan. Social and economic advancement can only be realized in a thriving and healthy society. The success of the MoPH is heavily driven in its ability to plan and use allocated resources effectively. Effective financial management is therefore critical for sustainable development and is the primary tool that translates the MoPH development strategies into noticeable outcomes or service delivery. Good governance and democratic accountability relies on transparent management of the MoPH budget. Therefore, ineffective financial management undermines the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions and hinders the country’s progress towards improved and sustainable health care. MoPH finance directorate is going through a reform process and after reviewing the structure of finance directorates of other line ministries such as MRRD, MoE and MAIL, has proposed a new and standard structure that is approved by MoPH leadership, for this purpose MoPH needs a qualified staff as head of coordination and reporting unite, to take the responsibility of overall coordination and financial reporting of MoPH.

Job Summary

کنترول ورهبری پروسه ایجاد سافت ویرها، هاردویرها، دیتابسها وسرورهای اداره وتنظيم امورات بخش مربوط شوراي قابلگی و نرسنگ افغانستان به منظور عرضۀ بهتر خدمات تکنالوژی

 

Duties & Responsibilities

1. ترتیب و تنظیم پلان کاری آمریت تکنالوژی معلوماتی به منظور انسجام بهتر امور تکنالوژی.

2. نظارت و رهنمايی کارکنان بخش های مربوط جهت عرضه بهتر خدمات تکنالوژی اداره مربوط.

3. انکشاف وتمدید بخش ویب سایت در شعبات به منظوراستفاده بیشتروموثرترکارکنان ازخدمات تکنالوژی.

4. تکمیل و تجهیز نیازمندی های شعبات به سیستم تکنالوژی معلوماتی جهت ایجادسهولت کاری واستفاده کاکنان از خدمات تکنالوژی.

5. نیازسنجی شعبات به رنگ های پرنتر ماشین های فتوکاپی و توزیع آن به اساس نورم تعین شده به منظور جلوگیری از سکتگی در اجرای امور شعبات.

6. کنترول و نظارت مداوم از سرورها و ارایه مشوره های مسلکی به آمرین ذیصلاح جهت جلوگیری ازسوء استفاده هاواتخاذ تدابیر لازم.

7. رفع نواقص و اتخاذ تصامیم در امر تحقق اهداف اداره.

8. حصول اطمینان از فعال بودن سخت افزار، نرم افزار،شبکه انترنت و ویب سایت ها جهت تطبیق اهداف اداره.

9. سازماندهی برنامه های آموزشی در تفاهم با آمریت آموزش وانکشاف بخش منابع بشری به منظور ارتقای ظرفیت کارکنان اداره درعرصه استفاده ازتکنالوژی.  

10.   مدریت و نظارت از کارمندان تحت اثر به منظور حصول اطمینان از استخدام، تشویق و اموزش انها.

11.   ترتيب و تحليل گزارش هاى ماهوار، ربعوار، سالانه وعندالضرورت براي رهبري اداره و مراجع ذیربط

12.   ارزیابي اجراآت تمام کارمندان تحت اثر، مطابق مقتضيات قانون

13.   اجراي سایر وظایفى که توسط مقامات ذیصلاح مطابق به قوانين، مقرره ها و اهداف اداره سپرده ميشود.

 

 

Job Requirements

1. سند تحصیلی لیسانس در بخش تکنالوژی معلوماتی.

2. حد اقل سه سال تجربه کاری مسلکی مرتبط (ترجیجاً تجربه کاری دردیتابس).

3. بلدیت قابل ملاحظه با لسان انگليسي و لسان هاي رسمي کشور

قوه عالي افهام و تفهيم و داشتن استعداد ایجاد ارتباطات با همکاران تخنيکي ملي و بين المللي
