Job Summary

Makes mechanical repairs on a variety of Petrol and diesel engines diagnose problems from brakes through to drive trains gear boxes extra ; and perform related duties as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including pumps and motors and any gas operated engines.
• Take care of tools do the work in the most professional manner possible taking care of fuel spills and contaminating water.
• Diagnoses and repairs minor mechanical defects in gas- and diesel-powered engines, including light trucks and pumps pump engines and generators. Light pickups and a variety of SUV’s

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and speak english interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
