Job Summary

To be responsible for MEP design division and the technical capacity of the working practice.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the team in commissioning MEP works.

• Plans and monitors the design works being carried out for the MEP supply.

• Maintain records of tests performed and work executed.

• Monitor start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of works.

• Inspect temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contracts Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.

• Review materials delivered to site conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings to Project Manager.

• Verify the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Not less than (10) ten years of experience in related field.

• Knowledge of American Standard Codes.
• Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Technical skills
• Strong knowledge of construction ways, means, methods, and sequences.
• Knowledge of computer systems and their applications.
