â€¢ Develop and adjust a yearly plan for investment promotion activities both domestically and internationally in line with the image building mission outlined in AISAâ€™s marketing strategy.
â€¢ Manage and guide event executives in all details relevant to the organisation of those activities
â€¢ Be the main focal point for all contacts before, during and after promotion events
â€¢ Manage all contacts made during events
â€¢ Liaise closely with Investor Support Department in the dissemination of contact information on interested investors.
â€¢ Maintain meticulous data-base records on all contacts and results of overseas promotional trips, draft reports.

Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Tie-ups / Partnering with International IPAs (Investment Promotion Agencies)
â€¢ To enable prompt investment sourcing and matching of investment to opportunities and easier transfer of expertise and best practice
â€¢ Establish Foreign/local Country Desks at AISA
â€¢ To provide information to interested foreign parties on the Afghanistan business environment
â€¢ To provide interested parties with specific information / criteria on proceeding with investments
â€¢ To assist investors in promoting their investments
â€¢ Network and create a database of influential contacts such as:
- Top Government Officials (International and Domestic)
- Business Leaders
- Assist in facilitating visas for potential interested parties;
- Disseminate information about AISA (through visits, exhibitions, conference, promotional collateral)
- Follow-up with the results of visits, promises, business interests
â€¢ Organize and Participate in: (International and Domestic)
- Road shows;
â€¢ Hosting of Foreign Delegations in order to:
- Present AISA in a positive light;
- Provide information (on the investment environment, opportunities, statistics and so on)
â€¢ Cultivate sponsors / goodwill ambassadors and opinion leaders (International / Domestic)
â€¢ Create a Unified Multimedia / Interactive Presentation, business profiles, investment brochures Other Requirements:
â€¢ Designing and Supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.
â€¢ Working closely on technical part of Event Management.
â€¢ Oversee production of visual (film or video) and audio electronic material
â€¢ Other duties as assigned
â€¢ Bachelor degree in Economics, international relation, international trade, Business Administration or any other related field
â€¢ A minimum of two years experience in the relevant field.
â€¢ Excellent language skills both oral and written (English, Pashto, Dari)
â€¢ Excellent computer knowledge
â€¢ Excellent Typing skills in above mentioned language
â€¢ He/She will be instructed and assigned for day to day activities by Director
â€¢ Excellent communication skills
