Job Summary

A qualified doctor will be appointed to keep the health condition of the beneficiaries under a constant check and she will provide them with first aid and basic treatment at the women protection center based in Herat province.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Examining, diagnosing, treatment, Medicine prescription and referring out-patients.
2. Provide the medical file for each beneficiary.
3. Overseeing the health department and staff activities.
4. Provision on the job training to the health staff.
5. Close Coordination with the Department of Public Health
6. Collect the legal evidence and document for victims of violence
7. Continuous care and periodic checkup
8. Conduct the first aid and hygiene training for beneficiaries and staff
9. Timely implementation of vaccination
10. Checking and overseeing stock drugs in terms of drug expiration dates and making sure that the stock meets the standards.
11. Maintain good relation with the project beneficiaries and staff.
12. Performing any other relevant duties/ responsibilities assigned by project Coordinator.
