Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

-People Responsibilities (impact on users)
Support the GIS Mapping officer providing access to land information (maps)
Provide support for other departments who need land information
-Physical Resource responsibilities (managing non-financial assets)
Ensure that all documents are stored according to the instructions provided.
Ensure the access of these documents to the users

Tasks and Duties
Keep record of the Land Inventory soft and hardware according to data quality standards and processes, Data -Protection and Information Security Policy.
Ensure daily updates of records
Assist the GIS Mapping Officer with the production and storage of any relevant documents
Coordinate on regional level the information exchange
Administer and maintain historic data saved in the -Land information management centre.

Job Requirements

-Required Skills
Technical Skills Personal Skills (qualities and behavior required)
- Area of expertise and capabilities:

- Minimal education level required:
At the minimum, graduated from 12th class, and familiar with mapping systems, database and administration
- Professional experiences required:
Administrative experience (cataloguing, library, copying and plotting of maps, etc.)
Experience in working with database, classification, index or coding systems.
Some experience of working with Data Quality standards
Experience of working in a user focused environment

- Languages: Dari and Pashto
Very methodical, highly organized and good time keeping
Communication skills
Team worker
