Job Summary

The MIS department collects, stores, and reports all information related to our loan portfolio. The main purpose of the MIS Officer is to provide the rest of the organization with correct information and reports. Reports are given to the Operations Manager, Finance department, and Chief Executive Officer. The MIS Officer will manage the department, maintain the MIS database, enter data, and make sure everything works according to our manuals and policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing MIS department
• Entering data in our MIS system
• Creating reports from our MIS system
• Reconciling with our finance system
• Solving problems that arisewith our database
• Maintaining our database
• Other functions necessary to accomplish the mission of the institution

Job Requirements

• Experience with databases and education in a relevant field
• Microfinance experience
