Job Summary:

Their job will be more administrative to support LTOs activities in copy/print, documentation, meeting arrangement and simple translation.
This position is also required one week assessment.
The end of Contract will be 10th November.
The position are specified only to female candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Long Term Observers in arrangement of their meetings, seminars and conferences.
• Prepare administrative documents for Mission members including logistic and admin/finance.
• Coordination of Mission requirements with other NDI-Teams to support proper progress of the Mission.
• Assist Mission Members for photocopying, printings and distributions of stationary.
• Ensure that all correspondence and documents for Mission members are correctly typed, translated/prepared and submitted on time in accordance with NDI’s standard.
• Perform other duties as required by the Mission Director and his designees.

Job Requirement:

• Advanced or equivalent degree in an applicable field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience with national or international organizations.
• Experience in election or in election monitoring is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Dari/ Pashto.
• Well developed and highly effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to operate positively and productively under pressure and to balance several competing priorities at once
• Must have knowledge of office administration and communication with external parties
• Good computer skills
