Job Summary

Provide advice and technical assistance for monitoring and evaluation reporting system implementation action plan for Afghan women and ensure regular monitoring system and System for reporting and evaluating the ministries and Subscribers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of strategy implementation monitoring and evaluation activities related indicators according NEPWA and provide information on time is the Ministry of Women Affairs and co-workers. Therefore monitoring and evaluation unit of the Ministry of Women Affairs in collaboration with consultant monitoring and evaluation system of regular coordination with all ministries and institutions, making national and international coordination
• Strengthening monitoring and evaluation strategy to make, provided the frame work and plan to ensure implementation, monitoring and reporting budget programs of national action plan for the Ministry of Women's Affair
• Analysis of system wide monitoring and evaluation of central and provincial levels of government for clarifying the points that can surveillance system in the gender guidelines, farm, process them and mechanisms to be added
• Strengthen the system to make monitoring, reporting and evaluating performance for regular and systematic documentation of visits and experiences gained from implementation of all projects and specific attention to the results, effects and benefits of adapting the process NEPWA
• Collect basic information and figures in the foundation system of monitoring and evaluation and analysis of specific results and findings in adding NPVA adaptive strategy for improving the activities of ministries and organizations
• Advice for Women's Affairs Ministry in line with research and analysis, dialogue, coordination and cooperation and defense.
• Ensure share and offer training that is only basic monitoring system
• Providing technical assistance in performing assessments, period matching process to identify NEPWA weaknesses within the system and correct it in coordination with the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit of Ministry of Women Affairs.
• Information needed to specify a permanent headquarters, team monitoring and evaluation of women's affairs ministry, funding institutions and aid agencies, preparing and developing toys for the key period of activity of monitoring
• Identification and matching process in the vacuum mechanism in NEPWA share, gender concerns and contribute to making the national budget and its implementation for turning commitments on gender policy and action plan mentioned above
• Raising awareness and advice for decision makers over the concept of gender in national budgets, programs, and encourage them to actively influence the pristine remove gender in the national budget includes formation
• Recommendations for gender advocates and state and proposed plan to fight against the gradual vacuum, the factors that the concept of gender is marginalized woman

• Set of administrative and reporting system
• Monitoring and evaluation consultant report ten head of public relations and solidarity DEPARTMENT women. He continued going about parliaments or assemblies sharing with colleagues established in the Ministry. He is also obliged to report his meetings and also provide some other tasks that the Ministry is also entrusted him to do.

Job Requirements


• at least bachelor degree
• Expert in sociology, gender studies, society, law and political science is preferred
• Training in project management, evaluation, sociology, sociological research and analysis
• Five years experience in gender field
• At least 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation
• Having high skills in writing and speaking
• Skill in English language and local languages
• Familiar with emergency and security situations
• Familiarity with the goals of the Afghan government, the views, policies and strategies and in particular the Afghanistan National Development Strategy and development objectives
• Willing to work in this section and should be a member of the group
