The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant will assist the Senior Grants and Monitoring Officer in undertaking post distribution monitoring (PDM) surveys for ERM project. The incumbent will also undertake any other tasks related to ERM or other projects
He/she directly travels to the fields in different provinces for conducting PDM survey
Conduct individual interview or focus group discussion and collect accurate data from the beneficiaries
Entering all collected data in SPSS program for final analyze and interpretation
Analyze and interpret the data and write the PDM survey draft report
Maintaining one master file of all PDM in SPSS program and merging all the individual PDM data collected during the whole project period
Maintain hard project files and ensure all hard copy questionnaire are available to relevant staff as required
Ensure that all PDM process is completed and the report is submitted on time
Undertake administrative work in support of the Grants and Monitoring Sub-department
Make recommendation for improvement of ERM program after collecting direct feedback from the beneficiaries
Education/ Qualification and Employment Benefits
Education: Bachelor Degree is required.
Experience: At least two to three years experience in the field.
Other qualifications’ an advantage: Computer, Excel, Word
Languages: Oral and written fluency in(English, Dari, Pashto)
