About Women Integrity for Society Empowerment Organization:
Women Integrity for Society Empowerment Organization (WISE) is an Afghanistan based national NGO / Civil society Organization operating in the Western Region of Afghanistan. WISE helps people turn the crises they confront into the opportunities they deserve through projects in various sectors, especially in approaching women rights and women empowerment in the society and as part of its mandate is to lead coordination efforts and support implementation structured for promoting human rights, gender equality, policy advocacy, fight against corruption, legislative elections, support national efforts to enhance political dialogue, promote civil education and respect for the rule of law and human rights. It brings people together in a powerful environment coalition to end the devastating impact of all inequalities on men, women, and children in the west region.
WISE Organization looking for two female self-sufficient project managers, two trainers, one admin finance assistant. They will be responsible for ensuring the projects are managed efficiently and achieves project defined goals and objectives and deliverable. They will be directly report to the program manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Responsible for day-to-day project management of their projects and the relevant sub-components under each project.
2- Work closely with government staff with close coordination of program manager
3- Ensure that the overall project activities are being implemented based on the work plan that approved by related donors
4- Help the project director and the finance team on disbursements, preparation of all supporting documents, financial reports, travel.
5- Ensure that the reports are complete and ready to be provided for related counterparts on time without delaying.
6- Undertake regular monitoring and supervision of each project activity are being done based the donors demand and make sure the projects goals are meet with the best practices.
7- Any other project specific tasks assigned by the program manager or director.
1- Project Manager with bachelor’s degree in Journalism
2- Project manager with bachelor’s degree in political science
3- Trainers with bachelor’s degree in political science
4- Admin finance Assistant with bachelor degree in economics.
5- Master degree is preferred if available for all.
6- Two years working experience for project manager, one year for trainers and one year for admin finance assistant.

5- Communication with different stockholders are one of the main issues under these positions, particularly with governmental entities, both verbal skills and written
6- Ability to conduct training for CSOs, Media, local civil society actors and other community members.
7- Ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
8- Ability to adopt themselves with different environment the project requires to work to their most potential.
9- Demonstrated experience in ability to liaise with a wide range and levels of organizations including government, private/corporate sector, NGOs, and the community institutions
10- Demonstrated creativity, willingness to innovate
11- Translation from English to Dari and Dari to English highly required.
