National Technical Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

- Educational background in horticulture and agri-business
- Experience in co-operative management and development ( agriculture and rural sectors)
- Expereince in working with agricultural co-operatives and farmers associations/groups, focusing on organizational capacity development and revenue generations
- Experience in the design and supervision of agriculture demonstration farms, fruit nurseries, cold storage centers and processing facilities.
- Expereince in developing and implementing feasible strategies for the economic improvement of agricultural markets.

Job Requirements

- BSc in Agriculture ( Post Graduate applicants preferred)
- A minimum of five years experience in co-operative development
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Dari and Pashto
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
