About Afghanistan Institute of Banking and Finance:
AIBF is seeking experienced and enthusiastic candidates in order to develop courses, ranging from core banking and financial skills, to marketing, Islamic banking, more technical courses in IT in the banking sector, inclusive banking and excellence in management. Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Act under supervision of one of AIBF International trainers for banking operations or credit
â€¢ Deliver courses at the Institute, consistent with the Instituteâ€™s policies and practices.
â€¢ Assist in the development and designing of the course training curriculum/modules for effective implementation of the training program.
â€¢ Assist in developing course material for credit assessment and evaluation.
â€¢ Help prepare action plans for conducting training classes
â€¢ Assist in preparing training materials and help conduct trainings
â€¢ Develop his/her own skills and knowledge so as to be able to take over from the international trainers.
â€¢ Visit Regional Banking Institute for in-depth training in specific topics and methodology
â€¢ Help in preparing and organizing quiz tests for participants
â€¢ Help in assessing the performance of the course participants
â€¢ After being trained by international experts, he/she must be able to train bankers and other financial institutions staff in banking operations
â€¢ Help the International staff in preparing reports for presentation to the Director
â€¢ Maintain good relations and working environment with the trainees, AIBF management, and other stakeholders
â€¢ Assist International staff and Director in relevant seminars, workshops and roundtables.
â€¢ Carry out other related tasks, as per the directions of the director.
1. Bachelors degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant field
2. 2-3 years banking experience and/or 2-3 years training experience
3. Experience of teaching banking operations in a banking educational institute is a plus
