Computer networks administrators are responsible for the day-to-day operation of these networks. They organize, install, and support an organization's computer systems, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), network segments, intranets, and other data communication systems.
Support and maintain LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
Maintain complex switching environments
Maintain complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access and the ability to support voice and video application
Install and Maintain client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining network and telecommunication systems.
Enough knowledge of VoIP implementation and support
Install and maintain network hardware and software.
Results oriented, team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle numerous incidents and clients.
Analyze and isolate network issues.
Evaluate and modify system's performance.
Determine network and system requirements.
Ensure network connectivity throughout a MOD's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Perform IP address assignment (Sub netting and VLSM)
Enough knowledge of CISCO hierarchical campus design.
Enough knowledge of EIGRP and BGP.
Enough knowledge of Microsoft Servers.
Microsoft Servers installation, configuration and maintenance knowledge.
Enough knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Servers installation, configurations and maintenance.
Enough knowledge of Cisco Routers and Routing protocols.
Knowledge of Cisco Routing and switching.
Online certifications of valid CCNA R&S and CCNP Routing & Switching are must.
A bachelor degree in IT field is preferred.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills & customer relation skills
Extremely customer service oriented.
Must have knowledge of Reporting.

Ability to work independently and resourceful with good initiative and discipline.
Must be fluent in English, Dari and Pashto Languages.
Must have the Dari Pashtu and English Writing skills.

Minimum of 4 or 5 Years of professional experience as a field.
Capable of utilizing hand tools and test equipment to perform work
Ability to work independently and resourceful with good initiative and discipline
Willing to work nights & weekends when necessary
Online certifications of valid CCNA, CCIE, CCIE and MCSE 2012 are must.
4 year experience to related flied, ( Network)
