Job Summary

A Senior Network Engineer is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Insta Telecom network, including customer-facing environments. They will provide expert technical assistance to team members with high-level system and networking request. This role will be responsible implementing and testing complex infrastructure in support of our customer needs.

As a member of the Service Team, a Senior Network

Engineer will provide onsite and remote support to our clients who have

critical response time requirements. You will work independently and as part of

a team to answer service desk calls, urgently analyze technical issues, address

Level 2 escalations, work with the project manager on team-related projects,

and troubleshoot over the phone or onsite

Duties & Responsibilities

Network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, DSL, Microwave, Fiber, and VSAT.

RF planning and link budgeting for microwave and VSAT links.

Site survey and installation of microwave and VSAT links.

Hands on experience with Cisco router and switches.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a like role.

Qualified candidate must have bachelor’s degree in computer science

Qualified candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.
