Job Summary

To work as a Network Optimization Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Detail radio network design which covers: Coverage predication, Frequency design, neighbor design and parameters design.
2. Network Performance analysis and KPI improvement which covers: drive test, log file analysis and find our solution, trace mobile in BSC, traffic statistics collection and analysis.

Job Requirements

1. Basic Knowledge in Telecommunication
2. Able to work independently, sustain Pressure to achieve the assigned targets.
3. Good Communication ability with Pashtu, Dari and English.
4. University degree with 2 years of Experience.
5. Able to travel to all over Afghanistan.
