Job Summary:
• Guide daily NSP field implementation in compliance with program operation manual and daily program operation activities based on program plans and needs
• Provide support and assistance to field team to ensure high quality of trainings and implementation activities is maintained at community level
• Oversee performance, process and outcome monitoring and evaluation at district level
• Monitor, evaluate and report on project activities and progress to program Manager
• Ensure project is implemented based on provided implementation plans (retro-plan, annual plan, quarter, monthly, weekly and daily plan)
• Manage report tracking against PMU weekly and monthly report and send it to program manager
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with province level aid communities, government and other agencies; facilitate information/resource sharing and integrated community programming approach
• Monitor support services to ensure the function smoothly and effectively; facilitate coordination between program and support services and vice versa.
Duties & Responsibilities:
NSP Management and Administration:
Participate in overall NSP strategic planning and decision-making process, and direct similar process at and below provincial level
Provide regular senior management briefings on local development, issues, and trends; monitor and report on implications and impact of NSP
Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting activities in close coordination with M and E management; prepare/signed-off on progress report
Oversee recruitment of and supervise NSP Management staff at and below province level
Ensure stakeholders collaboration and strengthening of community/ institutional linkages during all NSP stages
Optimize practical integration of technical and non-technical activities, and facilitate in cooperation of participatory principles into all stages of planning, management, and implementation
Monitor activities to ensure process and project quality; ensure early identification of and response to issues
Participate in development and implementation of systematic, participatory approach to NSP
Supervise NSP provincial and district management personnel
Duties:
Oversee security-related matters
Ensure staff is aware of and complies with organization policy and procedures
Communicate regularly with organization program manger
Represent organization and liaise with local authorities in coordination with organization program manager
Job Requirement:
Education: Universty Degree Experience: Four years in managment pluse NSP Language ability: Oral and written fluency in Pashto or Dari and English. Computer Skills: Full computer literacy and use of standard office software and email Personal Qualifications: Hard working, Responsable, ablity to take initiative, pationtience and possitive attitude.
