Job Summary:

The office assistant will be working in our branch office in Kabul. Handling administrative issues and keeps contacts with the clients.
- Prepare bidding documents, solicitations and BOQs for the projects.
- Evaluation of items prices in the local market and prepare competitive quotations for the clients.
- Prepare project proposals.
- Managing contacts through emails/phone with the branch office.
- Filing Materials and maintaining office filling system.
- Receiving incoming correspondence and communications, reviewing outgoing communication, reports, etc for format and grammar, in addition to draft non-technical correspondence

Job Requirement:

1. At least high school graduated.
2. A high English writing capacity is required. Excellent command of English language and local languages especially in writing.
3. Familiar with the essentials of economics and financial issues. Ability to analyze local market prices and prepare competitive quotations for the clients.
4. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,). Knowledge in Microsoft Excel Functions will be preferred.
5. Excellent Internet Knowledge.
6. Strong planning and organizational skills.
7. Adaptable, excellent communication skills.
8. Professional appearance, attitude and approach.
9. Capacity to work under pressure.
