Job Summary

Office Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

8.1 Responsible of filing and documentation of Administration department
8.2 Assisting entire Administration department in performing the day to day taks
8.3 Assisting Admin Officer ( in clearance of taxes, Electricity Bills, etc)
8.4 Assisting Administration department in paper work
8.5 Responsible of all assets of Administration department
8.6 Transformation of information from Admin department to other departments
8.7 Assists in preparing and issuing sings displays in the main office building and branches as per
the administration policies in order to maintain uniformity
8.8 Take care of incoming and outgoing pouch to and from the branches
8.9 Maintains stationary consuming logbooks
9 Arrange meeting as per the GADs daily and weekly plans
9.1 Perform any othe task assign by Supervision

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Management
Administration Courses
Computer Litrate (MS Office)
at least 3 years experience in Administration
