About FLAG International:
FLAG International Afghanistan (FIA) is an AISA registered non-governmental organization based in Kabul. FIA provides entrepreneurs, businesses and community groups with business planning, financial instruction and career training opportunities in order to maximize their economic, social and entrepreneurial potential. FIA is also a facilitating partner under the National Solidarity Program, which provides capacity building, infrastructure improvements and technical expertise to communities throughout Afghanistan. In addition, FIA is engaged in agricultural extension training in conjunction with the Ministry of Agriculture, Information and Livestock, engaging with farming communities on new agricultural methods, tools and techniques.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing of the attendance.
Updating Employee Contact List
Responsible for developing Agenda for the meetings and taking the meeting minutes.
Photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing;
Assume front office duties, greet clients and refer them to appropriate staff members
Take messages, type and process documents as required;
Basic data entry, tracking and reporting of information
Provide courier service for special errands
Prepare and complete daily reports for supervisors
Provide oversight to the kitchen and cleaning staff, directing them
Responsible for lunch expense data entry daily.
Responsible for controlling kitchen expenses.
Responsible for taking Cash Advance for kitchen expenses.
Additional duties as directed by the Supervisor and Admin and Finance Director.
High School graduation, University education; preferably in Project Management or related field is preferred
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the related field
Knowledge of spoken and written English, Dari and Pashto
writing Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, willingness to listen and respect for colleagues
Must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team must also be able to create a supportive working relationship among all project teams
