Soufiany Construction Company (SCC) is an afghan Construction Firm established in the year 1980 in Kandahar province of Afghanistan, originally structured to work with the Afghan government Ministry of Social works. In this lieu the construction of Kandahar Major Buildings i.e. Kandahar Airport terminals, the Stadium, High Court, the National Bank and other were the major projects implemented at that time. However during the Russian war the construction market in that regions and Afghanistan in general fall down, a lot and at this time SCC continued to work as design-build contractor of private commercial and residential buildings throughout the region, which than consequently built the most finest commercials and residential at that region.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Office Management Position for now is consisting the following areas of Operations as general idea however the tasks are not limited to the bellow.
â€¢Maintain and Record Daily Vouchers / Purchase orders, Cash Transfers, Payments and Cash-books
â€¢Maintain and Record Monthly / annual and immediate written and verbal responses to the askers on timely fashion.
â€¢Maintain and record all expanses and hold record of Bank Balances.
â€¢Maintain and record separate Books of loans payable / receivables.
â€¢Draft and record Cash-flow plans as required.
â€¢Record and clear annual taxes.
â€¢Prepare salary sheets / bonus sheets and hourly calculations of personnel working hours.
â€¢Record all letters in / out.
â€¢Maintain relations with AISA, and any other Governmental body on behalf of the company.
â€¢Pay utility bills i.e Phones, Internet, electricity, Fuel, Gas etc.
â€¢Prepare and maintain food menus and work exclusively with the kitchen personnel.
â€¢Maintain and record vehicles operations log and ensure Fuel are burnt properly.
â€¢Maintain and prepare all office Computers, Faxes, Printers, and make sure all Software are up to date.
â€¢Maintain Office Compound and vehicles Hygiene and clearance.
Maintain and record attendances for clear accounting of hourly working of personnel.
â€¢Prepare and record personnel job agreements.
â€¢Maintain personnelâ€™s permanent profiles updated.
â€¢Prepare and maintain working schedules, leave schedules, holidays schedules, And summer and winter working schedules.
â€¢Draft up personnel increment, decrement, and termination paperwork as required.
â€¢Prepare job offers for new candidates as required.
â€¢Join up in interviews and record the interviews discussions as required.
Educational / Physical requirements for individuals:
1.Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Finance / Business Management / or Economics is preferred.
2.Well knowledge / understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word is a requirement.
3.Well knowledge / understanding of emailing and other types of communications are required.
4.Well knowledge / understanding of self management, negotiations in financial matters are required.
5.Well knowledge / understanding of Internet browsing and soft marketing are required.
6.Well knowledge of understanding, speaking and writing business English is required.
7.Ability of traveling overseas / domestic will be preferred.
8.Ability of flexibility of working missed-out hours is a requirement.
9.Ability of typing in Pashto / Dari / besides English is a requirement.
