Wanted: An Office Manager who can also take care of HR and Administrative duties
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢Manage the office needs
â€¢Manage HR needs
â€¢Manage Administrative needs
â€¢Assist the General Manager
â€¢Assist Bookkeeper/Accountant/Finance Officer, as needed
MUST be fluent in English (speak, write, and read)
MUST have excellent organizational skills (create and maintain systems that help the office run smoothly)
Must have excellent computer skills
Be able to assist in creating and maintaining business systems.
Be able write clear and concise business letters and emails using good business quality grammar.
Create and maintain reports.
Manage employee status reports
Answer and screen phone calls.
Make appointments with clients, as needed.
Take the minutes of meetings
Make sure the office has the necessary office supplies.
Assist in the tasks necessary to hire and fire and train employees.
Assist and support current employees.
Track and manage projects from RFP to project completion
Work with and train administrative assistant(s)
Must be experienced, professional, self-motivated, detail oriented, reliable, honest, and team oriented.
Must also be proactive and solution oriented.
