Job Summary

The Operations Manager is a full time senior position at Rumi Consultancy. The incumbent is responsible to oversee the implementation of all company's projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

●     Manage and oversee all affairs of the Production Unit including task and duty delegation to the staff

●     Develop timelines for different projects to manage and oversee the implementation of their activities

●     Make sure timely submission of all project products are met

●     Review all produced material to ensure quality of products are in accordance with organization’ quality standards

●     Develop production plans to deploy camera team for shooting to avoid schedule conflicts

●     Supervise all project related staff

●     Work with senior management to ensure timely project reporting is carried out

●     Work with senior management to implement HR policy and employee review policies/strategies

●     Oversee and ensure regular maintenance of all production equipment

●     Oversee and ensure the safety of company’s content archives

Job Requirements

• Good command of business communication
• Good command of supervising teams
• At least 10 years of experience in the field of project management

• Managerial and organizational command
• Comprehensive understanding of project management
• Knowledge of creative and theoretic skills for media production and project management
• Ability to work with different team members
• Ability to manage stressful environments
