Afghanistan Faiz Satellite Communication (AFSAT) is Non-Religious, Non-Political, and Non-Government related profit Company created on 08 March 2007 by Merging of Faiz Internet Company which was present in Afghanistan for last five years since 2002 Faiz Internet Company changed its Name to AFSAT on 08th March 2007. AFSAT is working in the fields of Communication services provided by AFSAT are Internet connectivity VIA Satellite, Wireless, Computer parts sales and Maintenance it support or other means. AFSAT is also working in the fields of IT, Networking and other services closely related to the Communication Business.

Job Summary

·        She will be responsible for telemarketing, electronic (email) marketing and especially visiting door-to-door to proactively sell AFSAT Communications services and products to residential or business customers.

·        She will visit potential customers and review their current telecommunication preferences with the intent to win back or upgrade their existing services.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively visit Door-to-door for marketing and to sell the services and products
• Contact customers via phone call or email to arrange appointments for visit.
• Distribution of brochures/ other advertisement material
• (Follow-up) Circle back and check on customers who are in the position to buy the Services and products.
• Report to the team leader on a weekly basis 

Job Requirements

The candidates should meet the below criteria and qualification in order to be considered for the test:

1.       High school diploma or equivalent

2.      fluent in Dari and Pashto, basic of English language 

3.      strong communication skills, good time management, and a positive attitude

4.      At least one year experience in the relevant field

5.      Basic knowledge of computer especially MS. Office. Excel.
