ARDS is working under roles and regulation of Afghanistan Government, and working in Procurement section and hiring of individual Consultants

Job Summary:

ARDS on Behalf or Ministry of Foreign Affairs seeking for qualified candidates

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Organizing relation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Members of Parliament.
• Creating close coordination between the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Parliament and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Following -up requests made by the Members of Parliament and providing feedback about the decision taken in order to respond to MPs’ requests.
• Organizing the Minister’s quarterly progress presentation to the Parliament.
• Attending the meetings of the MPs with Minister, taking minutes and ensure the implementation of decisions taken in the meeting.
• Arranging meetings of MPs with the Minister and other key stakeholders
• Keeping the records of MPs suggestions for the Minister.
• Communicating with MPs on urgent issues.
• Arranging priority of MPs issues.
• Scheduling the sequence of MPs issues.

Job Requirement:


• At least bachelor degree in law , political science or any other related field.
• At least 5 years experience in relevant field
• Knowing of Dari, Pashto and English is a must.
• To be familiar with Ms Office package.
