Job Summary

The Photographer will work under the direct supervision of Business Operation Manager of ARYAZONE,INC. and in a close coordination with department staff.
In general, the Photographer is responsible for overall Photography requirement including photographing, pre-production and shooting, image processing, editing and etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENITIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent responsibilities are confined but not limited to:

Photographing models and product in studio and on location.

Work in partnership with the stylist to create on-brand product and marketing images.

Assist the Creative Manager in all aspects of production and content creation.

Image processing and basic editing.

Pre-Production and Shoot planning.

Ideation and concept planning for editorial and marketing collateral.

Create content for social channels.

Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education:

Bachelor degree in Arts or professional diploma in photography from recognized University/Institution.
You will need to show evidence of the following:

The ability to think logically;

A good creativities in his or her tasks;

The ability to work well in a team;

Problem solving skills;

A strong customer focus;

The ability to prioritize your workload;

Attention to detail.
B. Experience:


3 years of experience in photography or assistant photographer.

Experience in shooting both table-top product and on model photography.

Expert Lightroom, and basic knowledge of Photoshop would be a benefit

Experience with batch processing, archiving, and retouching.

Experience in file naming and file handling on a massive scale.

C. Communication Skills:

Working knowledge oral and written knowledge of English, Dari and Pashto;

D. Other Requirements:

Digital SLR systems (studio and location).

Knowledge of commercial studio & location lighting.

Awareness of contemporary trends in photography and fashion.

Current portfolio mandatory for consideration.

Have a knowledge of current model and products photography.

Rich understanding of photography in studio;

Well-organized and detail oriented;

Time management and effective leading skills

Honest, committed and professional;

Performs well under pressure;

Excellent planning and reporting skills;

Proven ability to be proactive and anticipate needs;

Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic; and

Work independently and assist with multiple projects, priorities, and locations.

JOB LOCATION:
Kabul, Afghanistan
TRAVELS TO PROVINCES:
Might require occasional travel to provinces and outside of Afghanistan
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
The employee should be able to furnish two individuals as a guarantor for attesting the social worthiness of the employee.
