Job Summary

We need three placement officers in three north districts (Taluqan, Kishem and Khulm)

Duties & Responsibilities

Placement of those Trainees who opt for EPP packages.
Preparing the necessary contracts for trainees interested in EPP packages.
Daily monitoring of trainees for checking their overall attendance and evaluating their progress in the related field.
Preparing monitoring reports for each single monitoring to the superior and giving oral explanation about the result of every monitoring.
Making contacts with GOs and NGOs for the smooth placement of trainees.
Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly activity reports.
Preparing and submitting updated version of monthly payment projections report and monthly payment lists for Trainees.

Job Requirements

•At least Graduated from High School
•At least 3 years experience in relevent field
•Good oral, written, and comprehensive skills in English, Dari and Pashto
•Computer Skills, knowledge of using Ms Office
