Job Summary:
Candidate for this position should have 4 years work experience with KMDP projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Construction Project schedualing (Primavera or MS Project)
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations
Analyze of survey reports, maps and drawings
Developing detailed designs and shop drawings
Technical Decomentation
Assisting and managing the potential risks of specific projects
Assisting on preparing of projects invoices.
Construction Project reporting
Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site
Compiling, checking and approving reports and drawings
Attending public meetings and displays to discuss projects
Implementing all relevant regulatory requirements
Correcting project deficiencies
Note: Responsibilities are not limited to the above mentioned duties, it may be varying based on company situation
Job Requirement:
At least 4 year work experience on KMDP projects.
