Job Summary

Administration

Duties & Responsibilities

7.1 Maintenance of Procurement files and proper documentation
7.2 Purchases of Petty item( less than 5000 Afs)
7.3 Assist the Officer/Line m, anager in the supervision of agreement, work orders, maintenance
contracts and other contractual services and purchase order for major acquisitions
7.4 Assisting Procurement officer in routine tasks
7.5 Regular visit of main branches and reporting his finding to supervisor
7.6 Assists in the solicitation of at least 3 quotation for major procurements as advised by officer
7.7 Delivery of goods purchased to main office
7.8 Assists in the disposal exercise of overage and unserviceable properties under the close
supervision and Admin Manager
7.9 Support the procurement officer during preparation of administrative budget
8 Prepares a supplier/ vendor database and update the requried data frequently
8.1 perform any other task given by Supervisor

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Management
Administration Courses
Computer Litrate (MS Office)
at least 3 years experience in Administration
