Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs) for accuracy and completeness prior to processing them for further approval. 
  • Review Contracts/Procurement team’s prepared procurement documents to ensure that all applicable policies and procedures are being adhered to for all procurement transactions
  • Review solicited and unsolicited offers received to verify goods, quantities and services are reasonable and accurate, and comply with company requirements

  • Conduct vendor evaluations and train staff per evaluation outcome
  • Review Requests for Procurement from different departments; ensure requests are properly logged in the system, coordinate purchasing either locally or internationally with the consideration of ACG procurement policy 
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, Purchase Order, Purchase Agreement and Modifications
  • Provide Support to all ACG regional offices staff in Operations and Program activities.
  • Ensure that all procurement files are accurately maintained with both physical copies and electronic
  •  Oversee the delivery of ACG Procurement strategy, policy & procedures
  • Estimate and established cost parameters and budgets for purchases
  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. Monitored contractor performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary
  • Locate and identify potential vendors and suppliers both domestically and internationally
