Program Associate will focus on assisting Program Managers in all aspects of programs, planning and coordinating with production and creative teams for the effective, quality and timely implementation of programs.
Develop strategic, innovative solutions to client briefs in an fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Support the design and implementation of work plans, timelines, risk assessments, budget reports, etc.
Coordinate and marshal internal and external resources to drive results on time and on budget
Support business development through sourcing opportunities and developing communications strategies, creative approaches, budgets, results frameworks, and monitoring and evaluation methodologies
Liaise with Lapis strategy, creative, media, and research verticals towards strong program alignment
Raise Lapis/MOBY’s profile by contributing to articles, white papers, and online content
B.A. and strong academic record required, preferably in a related field
1-3 years of relevant work experience required
Written and spoken English and Dari proficiency strongly preferred
Written and spoken Pashto an asset
Enterprising, business-savvy self-starter constantly seeking to add value
