Provide support to COP, DCOP, and Program Manager on day-to-day operations of HASEL.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide human resources and recruitment support to project, including recruitment and mobilization of local and international technical specialized staff required to meet HASEL objectives. Ensure that all project files are kept up to date. Organize logistical support, including administrative support, drivers, and translators. Perform competitive procurements for goods and services (examples: security, cleaning, office supplies, temporary drivers) and negotiate with vendors. Ensure that project staff needs for office equipment, supplies, and furniture are met. Serve as translator / interpreter as needed.
At least 5 years of professional experience an office setting (USAID or donor funded program experience required);
Degree in relevant field required;
Prior program management experience preferred;
Strong English language skills required.
